I am the new Service Manager. As I read these reviews I see few really bad ones and a whole lot of good ones!
We are making improvements all the time. I apologize for the bad service in the past and will be glad to discuss amd resolve any issues, But the future is what I am focusing on.

J&M has always been there for my family. Repair work and new installation. The service tech Curtis is the greatest always going the extra mile. Jasmine in the office is always helping any way she can. Thanks for everything.

11 out of 10. Highly recommend. Ceasar and Luise made my horrible experience so much better. The register was completely broken, anytime the ac or heat kicked on, it was sucking up nasty air from underneath our home. Not only were they very experienced and knowledgeable (explaining to me everything they did every step of the way), they were also very polite, kind, and caring. They fixed the problem, along with my broken dryer vent. They were very concerned with the air quality my boyfriend and I were breathing every day from the vent and even went as far as to help me clean and dust the problem areas.
