I couldn’t speak more highly of one of their technicians, Antonio! One of the coldest weeks we’ve had lately and our system stopped working early in the morning. My wife and I have a 5 month old and needed heat so I called Antonio and he stopped at our house in between jobs. He was able to fix the problem and keep me updated the whole time while he was working on it. He finally got it working and the next day he called to check on us to make sure it was still working. That is very rare to fine these days to have someone that genuinely cares. Thank you!

These folks replaced my HVAC and what a great experience! The crew that was sent was exceptional. Antonio took time to show me how the system works and explained the benefits of being on a maintenance plan with them. And the price of that plan is very reasonable. Even if you don’t/didn’t buy your unit from them I highly recommend their service agreement. I live in Benson and they drove here from Kinston. Thank you to everyone at Three Amigos. Y’all rock!!!

The guy was so knowledge and efficient!! He listened to what I told him and was able to figure out from there what the problem was!! Within 30 minutes I had AC again!! He didn't overcharge or make me feel like I didn't know what I was talking about either!
