“For the past three years, I have been nothing short of thrilled with Julie and the Visage Salon. After decades of loyal patronage of a high end Charlotte stylist, I researched to find a salon more convenient to the Highlands/Cashiers area I’d relocated to.

Julie is not only highly experienced and talented behind the chair with cut, color, and style, but she routinely teaches at national conferences. I wouldn’t trust my chemo/covid/menopausal ravaged hair to anyone else in the area.

All of the staff at Visage are professional, friendly and customer centered. This is not a salon where the stylists talk with each other more than with their client. Each gives the person in their chair primary focus, while still making the other customers feel welcome.

The products carried at the salon are high end, with eco friendly options. I get helpful text reminders of my appointments, making confirmation or rescheduling a breeze. I will continue to drive to Dillsboro, passing a number of other salons, for the talent, skills, and care of Julie and her staff.“

“I am not one to get my hair done regularly so to say that I was a nervous wreck to get a hair cut and highlights is an understatement.
I went in, showed a photo of what my idea for the cut would be and explained I wanted blonde highlights.
Lisa was so kind and patient. She asked so many questions to get a good understanding of what I wanted. My appointment overall took about 2 1/2 hours and when I left the salon I literally cried tears of happiness.
I went from long, dark brown hair to now having short, vibrant looking blonde highlighted hair.
