Very friendly and cheerful group. Dr Dodd took care of a spot on my head some time ago that was cancerous. Just took care of a suspicious spot on my back which turned out to be a benign growth. Always comforting to know something isn't serious.

Oh my gosh, Erin is ALWAYS so bubbly and friendly. She has a GREAT patient/provider personality. And Tiffany at the check out is also amazing. Great staff! I have never been uncomfortable at Riva in Denver, NC. It has always been a fantastic experience.

It took a little while but slowly and surely this place has gained my trust. There are a few things that remain bothersome. Lack of a good communication patient portal. And patient follow up. Another concern is inter-office communication. Overall, it’s better than when I first started coming here. Communication is key.
