I've been a Palm Beach Tan (Denver) member for years, and one of the main reasons I've stayed is the staff. Every employee I've interacted with has been friendly, professional, welcoming, and genuinely enjoyable to talk with. Over the years, many of them have come to feel more like friends than simply employees. Their customer service is consistently outstanding, and they are a huge asset to the company.

I grew up in Denver, so I sometimes come back during my college breaks. This is now the third time I have come to this location where the spray booth doesn’t even work. Not only is that very frustrating, especially with no notice posted on Facebook or anywhere else, but the entire interaction was very unprofessional.
When I walked in, I explained to the worker that I was from a different area and gave her my code. She stared at me like I was stupid, genuinely, and said that other workers were probably spraying me under someone else in the system. I have never had that issue before. I had been going to the same tanning salon since I was 18 and recently decided to I had t find a new place bc my previous place changed for the worse tover the last year or so and as much as I as I wasn’t looking forward to finding a new place to go this place has left me pleasantly surprised today was y second visit and other times the place has been really clean and the staff have been really friendly ad helpful and I’ve liked the beds both times I’m pretty sure found my new place to tan ❤
