Thomas has excellent customer service skills and is capable of doing everything from repair, installing wireless thermostat and selling us a new unit. Ben and RJ who installed our new unit were both very skilled and respectful and neat. All in all, a very good experience
Lakeside installed complete HVAC system in my home this week. Before selecting Lakeside did my diligence and had five quotes with different Heating & AC companies. Scott was the only one that ask what me needs were in the winter and summer so he customized system for my house.
Lakeside installed the system in one long day about nine hours - part of the time issue was had to have the air handler remove for my closet (which would not pass inspection code - due to could not service due to the position in the closet) in center of house to the attic. Joshua was our tech today with lakeside heating and air. Joshua introduced himself apron arrival was very professional and considerate of the situation we have going on . He was very knowledgeable of the unit we have and went over all the testing he did and the numbers he found so we are very satisfied with his service. Also the office was very nice and professional when we call to get set up on the service plan went over all the options we had so wanted to give them a shout out as well thanks and see you in the fall for the winter check up 👍👍👍
