Scott was very helpful in making our decision on a mini split unit for our basement. He gave valuable insight which helped us make our decision on what option was best for us. I received two other estimates from bigger companies and Lakeside Heating and Aid had the best price. Their installation team was equally as professional and courteous as Scott. The office team was quick with replies to phone calls. Thank you to the whole Lakeside team!
Everyone we dealt with - phone /office staff, sales, techs, installers etc. were wonderful, polite and professional. Scott was great and advocated for us on the new unit price, and Brett worked until 6:30 to get the unit and thermostat up and running....overtime for sure! Keep picking winners Donna!
