Emailed them after hours to see about getting on the schedule for residential electrical job installing my outdoor fan on my awning. These days, I was expecting 2-3 weeks wait. They responded promptly the next morning and said they’d look at the schedule. They called back about two hours later and said they had an opening that day and asked if I would be home in 30-45 minutes. Heck yeah! The crew showed up, it was cold and rainy, but they were awesome. They finished up by 430 and I had a working fan/light wired up and installed. Cost was not necessarily cheap, but you have to pay good money if you want good service. Very happy, no complaints.

Lake Norman Electric has again exceeded my expectations! My house is on the market and I needed some repairs done. They had an opening on the day I called and were able to complete the job the same day. The two technicians that completed the work were both courteous, kind, respectful and exceeded my expectations. I would use them again and will refer them to friends.

Yesterday Tyquan and Corlos came to to help change some lightbulbs that we couldn't reach, and repair 2 sockets. They were so incredibly kind and helpful. They also showed me how to change the timer on our outdoor lighting. I will definitely be referring them to our friends, and be using them with all our future electrical needs.
