Causby Karate has been exactly what my son and daughter needed! The kids not only gain physical skills and strength but also learn emotionally and socially. Skills such as patience, perseverance, confidence, and control. Lots of positive reinforcement during classes!

My daughter has been training with Causby's for the past 8 years. She started as a "grasshopper" student (just turned 4). The Causby's are incredible instructors. They teach excellent karate/self-defense skills. However, even more important (to this mom/psychologist), they are teaching students self-confidence, focus, respect, goal-setting, and how to be your best. The community created at Causby Karate Academy is supportive, respectful, and kind. Denver is so fortunate to have this premiere training studio!

My son is three and started at Causby a couple months ago, and I cannot say enough good things about this karate academy! My son loves it! Every week before karate my son says, “Mom! We have to go to karate- master is waiting on me!”. Positive environment, great values, and promotes hard work and discipline!
