DO NOT RECOMMEND. Had annual coverage on three of my homes. Tenants indicated annual warranty inspections were never fulfilled. One home ended up with an infestation. Ted returned to retreat after weeks of cajoling but did not repair damage caused by termites. Used to have to call to try to get renewals/reinspections (no proactive reminders or follow-ups by the vendor). Now after this latest incident he will no longer return messages and perform annual inspections on the multi-year initial treatment I invested in.

I have called, texted & e-mailed this company for weeks to have my bait stations checked and no one ever responds. This is the worst business that I have ever encountered. Would not recommend them to anyone going forward.

This company is the worst. My builder used them to install bait stations and it's next to impossible to get Buzz out to check them. He does not respond to voicemails, text message or e-mails. I have managed to get him out to check them once in 6 years. We are now looking at having new stations installed so that they can be serviced regularly. I would not recommend working with this company.
