Buzz Termite & Pest Control is Dynamic! I highly recommend Buzz Termite & Pest Control. The company has been in business for 20 years and is licensed and bonded. My story: Termites just entered my garage and I was alarmed. Tedd, the owner of Buzz Termite and Pest Control came right out to inspect my property free of charge. He emailed me a quote to drill termicide liquid treatment into the garage and porch slabs and to trench and treat the foundational perimeter. He explained everything and answered my preliminary questions and my questions sent via text after our initial inspection. We set an appointment to remediate the termites for today, April 21, 2021. He was punctual, professional and prepared to get the work done right!. He and his team went right to work. He drill holes as outlined above. He placed the termicide into the holes and later filled the holes with plastic plugs that were ultimately hammered flushed with the slab. He also trenched and treated the foundation all around the house with termicide. He placed termicide foam in the wall that had termite activity. The treatment will last 10 years. BUZZ Termite & Pest Control treatment comes with a full warranty and the full treatment and annual fee are significantly less than other companies. Tedd walked me through what had been done and answered all my questions. He was kind, gregarious and very respectful. He was affordable and significantly less than the highly advertised pest control companies. His integrity, work ethic and genuine desire to ensure me that the termites were eliminated asap is the reason why I felt compelled to share this recommendation. Sometimes you interact with a business and you can't hold your peace about how well they fulfilled the work at a fair and honest price. Listen: I can sleep better tonight because this problem is handled. My anxiousness regarding how to get rid of the termites is now eradicated!! He's good until he isn't. Buzz was the pest control company that was chosen by our builder for the termite bond when we built our house. We also used him for regular pest control. He was supposed to come out every 3 months for pest control treatment and annually for termite inspection, which he did, but we had to call him each time. He does not have a system where a reminder is sent to us when it is time. We didn't mind that too much because he did a good job for us for 4 years, and he was a nice guy. Then it came time to renew our termite bond. We called his company phone 3 different times. Each time we left a message to let him know that it was time to renew, and asked him to call us back to set up an appointment. Then we called his personal cell phone twice and left messages. He never even bothered returning any of our calls (and yes, we paid the invoice promptly each time he did a service and we never had any cross words with him). I can understand if something happened and he could no longer do the service on our home. If he had bothered calling to explain that to us we would have been OK with it, but to not even return the call is inexcusable. We ended up having to get another company to do the termite bond on the house. Of course the new company can't assume a bond from another company, so it ended up costing us a lot of money for them to start over. On the bright side, Buzz's termite treatment was good so we had no termites. One would think that for him to just come, do the termite inspection and renew the bond would have been easy money for him. Do yourself a favor and go with an established company that will be there for you in the long haul.
