Experience was wonderful. I had put off going to the dentist for several years due to a bad experience at a different dentist. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with happy and welcoming people. When I went in the back for the examination and cleaning, they were careful to explain everything to me and made me as comfortable as possible. Very glad I found this dentist. Looks like I have found my permanent dentist.
Wait time was adequate. Parking was plentiful. Front desk was quick and professional. For me as a first timer, the X-rays were quick and efficient. Technicians were professional, dressed appropriately and attended to their assigned tasks in order. Their interpersonal relationship skills were excellent and they were a pleasant surprise. Answered all my questions quickly. The final inspection was by Dr. Spivey who was both professional and thorough, asking questions as needed.
