Made an appointment a week ago, show up to the shop and no one is there, so i call the guy and he acts like he has no idea what I'm talking about, he ask me when did you set this up, etc...I sent him a text with my name, a photo and date and time, as he asked me . Worst customer service Ever, I would never refer anyone to use him, you would think he wants repeat and referrals to expand his business....

Had a great experience! Very professional, very talented. At one point I almost fell asleep cause tattooing was gentle & it was a relaxing environment. Already planning the next appointment!

Jessie is awesome! My husband and I went and done a 6 hour session. I like that he has 4 hr/ half day $300 or 8hr/ full day sessions $600. We also like that he does it in a building that's private. I hate having everyone over me while getting tats. The artist will keep gettin distracted. Meet his wife she pretty cool! They're fire fighters and he has his license and use to work in Wilmington. We are more than happy with his work and the special touches he added to it that makes it unique. I was recommended to him and have recommended people to him. Everyone has been happy. We are soon to make another appointment. Love his work it's way way better than the other shop I used previous. Willows Ink is located in Delco NC a rural area.
