My dad's hot water heater had a slow leak and was falling through the floor, I called Mr Bradshaw around 4pm and he was able to get the old heater out by noon the next day. Really appreciate your prompt attention for my dad's problem.
Wow! On a Monday morning, I called Josh Bradshaw Plumbing because my garbage disposal was leaking. Within the hour, someone was at my home, diagnosed the problem (needed a new one) and had it installed within the next hour.
Amazing service and responsive. Greatly appreciated. Will definitely use again for future needs.
We did not have an emergency and was able to get an appointment at 8am that met our schedule within a couple days. Technician Josh was there a few minutes early. He was very courteous and professional and cleaned up afterwards. We were very happy about the overall experience, especially the price, VERY reasonable! Was concerned about their business being in Deep Run and we live in La Grange, but they said no problem. They will have our business going forward.
Another company said we'll call you when we're in your area, called twice, neither time we were home. Same company badmouthed our purchased product from Moen because we did not purchase from his supplier.
