Horrendous experience.

All I have to say is THANK GOD we did not go with this builder. He made us pay for drawings that were 5 grand! And then tells us weeks later that the price of the home just went up 100 grand due to covid. We understood the circumstances, but then never once reached out to us when the prices started to drop. Lost 5 grand on drawings. Basically had no interest in building our home in Mooresville. I practically had to stalk him and his realtor Natalie. Communication was terrible! We are relocating to Davidson and saw a lot of communities but fell in love with this neighborhood. Moving from a larger city we wanted more green space but still be close to work Within this neighborhood there's a greenway and a little lake but it's also close to town and the highway. Home construction is also upscale and the interior reminds me of the farmhouse chic style. I hope my review can help other's relocating to the area!
