Had issue with a leaking roof and Elite identified the problem quickly, detailed the issue with supporting photos and were able to schedule Jake to repair the roof promptly. Jake was very professional throughout, communicating in advance, arrived as scheduled, explained the process and fixed the problem and surrounding area without fuss even cleaning the area before finishing up, great customer service.

Ross Erickson and Jake Jerles both excellent to work with and gave their personal attention to my project which included house and detached garage roof replacement, and gutter installation.
