We contracted to buy a lot to build a new home. I contacted Richardson Grading to request a recommendation and price quote for the dirt work that would be needed. Brian helped me to remove a very large stump with too much metal for a grinder and then grade for a garage being built. He got the job done quickly, communicated well, and gave a fair price for quality work. Will use him again for future projects.

Brian has been very responsive every time I have contacted him. His crew has been out to look at plumbing/septic issues at our property twice and working with him has been a very positive experience. Both times we had unknown issues causing either flooding in our yard or plumbing back-ups and both times they came, diagnosed the issues, and resolved the problem quickly. Brian is in my speed-dial as my go-to septic contractor for sure and I look forward to having him do some grading work for us in the future.
