Health Care has changed over the years. I can imagine the difficulty the doctors, nurses and PA’s have. Especially with Covid and now Monkey Pox and now new outbreaks of Covid again. Especially the risks they take daily with patients with contagious symptoms and attitudes. I have been a Patient for almost 15 years. Yes I had to wait at times. Trying to get through to speak to anyone is almost always impossible, the receptionist is rude and you are always put on hold for a lengthy time I just started going here but I’m almost ready to switch doctors again
My children and I have been going here for 12 years now I took two children in on two separate appointments for school shots this year in August 2022,and the appointments took two hours with only one other person in the waiting room when we come in I just feel as if they take your time for granted the nurses are kind of rude and believe my children will be probably changing doctors offices after this year after 12 years I'm no longer satisfied
