Dr. Lanier is an angel, her staff is very comforting during hard times. My wife and Is dog got very sick and after a week of trying to get him better at home due to high vet cost we took him to cross roads for answers. We were seen right on time of appointment and the staff were very understanding and caring about our concerns, we elected for euthanasia, after high signs towards potential cancer in the guts and a positive heart worm diagnosis and poor quality of life in a quick timeframe, the testing was extremely quick and affordable, we were seen later that day when my wife could be there and he was put to rest in a very humane and respectful manner. Dr. Lanier really cares about Loops, my beloved senior cat, and makes decisions based on his welfare and best interests and is very knowledgeable and good at explaining his medical issues in a way that makes sense to me and is also good at advising me about how best to care for Loops given his blindness, his age, and his other physical limitations and medical conditions. She has also been able to work with me to make services for Loops affordable for my husband & me on our lower income. We recently adopted a rabbit and Crossroads Animal Hospital made the neutering process easy. From the friendly and helpful appointment scheduler, to the staff, everyone was very kind, professional, and kept us in the loop. Dr. Lanier even treated our rabbit’s ear mites. A great experience.
