I particularly appreciated the communications that we had over design issues that could affect the cost, integrity, strength and visual appeal of my pier. I felt that Jake Messina went the extra step to insure that I was pleased with the end product which looks wonderful. I've been several times and love this place and love Mary! She is incredible and worth seeing! However, it is difficult to get a hold of reception to schedule an appointment online, so just call Mary or stop by, Mary is worth it. She definitely needs more assistance, she does such excellent work!
This company is very polite and professional. I’m getting ready to have them install risers after 25 years of not having any. The young man named Noah was extremely knowledgeable and I thought I knew a lot about my septic system, but he showed me a few more things they’re really working with me on only doing what needs to be done Right now. They’re even willing to inspect my sludge and see if maybe it doesn’t need pumped out yet because it’s only been three years and it’s just my wife and I and I can trust them to tell me whether it has enough sludge to do a pumping on it and pay that extra money. Also my Inlet T has the cement around it crumbling somewhat, and instead of replacing the whole line that runs to my pump room we’re going to try to cement it first instead of digging it all up, which was very nice of him to suggest that. If the cement doesn’t hold up, then we can replace the short line that runs to the pump room. Again, as you can see the really knowledgeable in working with me and only doing what needs to be done because all I really wanted was to get these risers installed so that I can clean my filter every six months like I’m supposed to without digging it up. So thank you guys, and oh yeah by the way, his wife, Ashlee is extremely polite and very professional and answered all of my questions. I’m an old friend of the Hines family and I’m glad to continue my relationship with the other members of the family now.
