Appliance Service Solutions was contracted through my home warranrty. Stefan was responsive and diagnosed the issue within 15 minutes. The dishwasher needs replaced and the replacement is covered under the warranty. Appliance Service Solutions are phenomenal! I was introduced to them in early 2021 through my home warranty. Stefan came from North Carolina to Oak Ridge, TN to evaluate my problem with my oven and dryer. Due to Covid, parts had to be waited for. However as soon as they were received his office scheduled a visit the next day!In December my washer went out and I contacted the same warranty company and requested Stefan and Appliance Service Solutions as he had been so thorough, efficient and kind - and drove hours to get to me! Stefan came out for a diagnosis of our front loader via warranty company. He appeared knowledgeable, and communicated appropriately concerning his arrival. He diagnosed the issue quickly and felt repair shouldn't be done as a new one could be purchased for close to same cost.Service: Washing machine repair
