Mr. ********************* and his helpers of Crouse Home Services started the project around April 1 and finished around June 10, 2022. The project was to tile a screened-in room, sized 12x10. I purchased materials except one for $416.84, which was billed in the first invoice. They started by taking up the plywood floor, and they found that there were no joists to hold the cement board and tile. They added the joists and put the concrete board down, but it had to dry for 4 and a half weeks. They came back and put down the tile, they didnt clean up the thin-set and grout properly, so they had to come back and take a chisel to scrape up the dried grout. Crouse home services Left my new shower CRACKED... After it taking them almost 3 months to put a toilet, shower, vanity in... 3 months... And then leave.. said they finished... And my shower is cracked... I have asked them for months to finish this.. well..I'm done dealing with them.. I don't even want them back at my home...Services: Fan installation
