Heat pump stopped working. Justin gave us his best guess, called the office for a second opinion, he found out our unit was still under warranty, then communicated some options. After getting a detailed explanation of what could be done we settled on having the unit fixed under warranty. Justin got us the appropriate paperwork, filled it out for us, and detailed the claim process in less than fifteen minutes.The warranty was/is a nightmare. It's been three months and the company servicing the warranty paperwork is so behind that they themselves finally relented and green lit the fix.
