What an amazing team to work with! I highly recommend Faison Plumbing. They were able to replace a water heater in less than 24 hour notice. Prompt, Professional and Knowledgeable. Will definitely do business with them again.

Very thankful for this team coming out and replacing our water heater. Mr. Faison thoroughly explained the process of changing out the water heater and proper upkeep. I would recommend this company in a heartbeat! They had the old heater replaced with the new one in ~3 hours and had the best price in town.

I have used Faison plumbing twice in the past week. My hot water heater spewed water under house and soaked it. They were here on next business day (and would have come over weekend but not convenient for me). The owner is professional, friendly, honest and did exactly what he said... I was very pleased with the men who installed and the owner came to verify work. Sadly, I had to call them again Monday for leaking commode. He was here Tuesday at 8:30am and it was repaired by 10:00am. He was respectful of keeping my floors clean, of my dog, and left the bathroom very clean. My commode was repaired as well as pipes coming into bathroom and is working well. I am very impressed...read full review
