WestRock Conover has a small area for backing in and only one dock, with some parking being narrow. The staff is friendly and welcoming, creating a positive environment. Employees appreciate the benefits, flexible schedules, and understanding management, making it a good place to work. However, if the BOL address is in Catawba, deliveries may need to go to the Conover warehouse.
I went here for an interview and they were all extremely friendly people! The parking in front is slightly narrow however it's to be expected as it's right off of a major street. Hopefully it's going to be as great a place to work as great as the people there are!
Ok, so. I currently work here. Like most places there are issues, but this is just about the best place I've worked so far. All you have to do is show up and actually pay attention to what you're doing.
I got very lucky my appointment was for the next day at 2pm. even though the rate con says today at 2pm so they unloaded me by 3pm today. make sure you have a set appointment or don't bother coming!!!
