Da-Vi Nails provides a mixed experience for customers. While some report excellent service, friendly staff, and great nail work, others have encountered poor customer service, unclean facilities, and sloppy nail treatments. I have always used this salon for my pedicure and nails. I recently visited the salon and was very disappointed. Customer service was poor,the salon was dirty, chairs covered in dust, pedicure basin filthy, the same towel was used to trim and clean my feet,nails which was wet and dirty to dry my legs. The utensils used were not sterized very disappointed in the overall experience.
