The Tech who did all of the work was professional in all aspects and did a fantastic job. I had my windows cleaned, in and out; the house pressure washed; the dryer vent cleaned; and the driveway and walk pressure cleaned. Could not have expected a better job. I will have them back again when needed and heartily recommend their services to anyone who needs such work.

Did not come when scheduled and I wasn't home. Poor communication in that they didn't let me know they were coming several hours early. After I called the men came back when I was home and cleaned the front gutters, but wouldn'tdo the back, telling me that it had been done. Update: A few weeks later it rained and the back gutters overflowed. Called the company. The owner Billy came out and personally cleaned the back gutters, which had not been done correctly the first time. He was very polite, professional, and apologized that the work had not been done correctly. Given his integrity to ensure the work was done correctly, I am amending my review to a 5 star. Excellent service! We used them for window washing and roof cleaning. They were very responsive, from the office interactions, to the timely appointment arrivals, and then to the follow up requests. I had a couple of items that needed attention later, and they handled it quickly and professionally. I will definitely use their services again!
