I called before 6:30 to get in to get my nails done and was told the last walk-in was taken at 6:30. I get there at 6:20 and was refused service. I even asked if I could just get my hands done only but the lady refused. She even said I probably called the other location I looked up the location I called and I was at the correct location. She basically was saying that I didn’t know what I was talking about. I refuse to spend my money where I have to beg for service. I would have been a returning customer even though I don’t live here. I really wanted to check them out but I will not ever go there. In life!
🛑🛑🛑I do NOT recommend!!! 😡🤯🥵🤯I have never had such a negative experience here before, but that all changed on Saturday 11/12/22. I actually arrived to the spa on Friday 11/11/22, at which time the manager informed me the spa was booked and busy. She offered me an appointment time of 5:30pm on 11/12/22, but not before asking that if I was running behind for whatever reason to give the spa a call. I informed her that I had no intention on being late and would be present for the scheduled appointment. I arrived the following day around 5pm. I waited patiently with my nail colors to be escorted to a station. At 5:40pm, I grabbed the attention of a staff member and inquired about how much longer my wait would be. The staff member responded by stating 20 more minutes. I sighed and explained my appt was scheduled for 5:30pm and it’s almost 6pm. The manager responded to me and stated: “or we don’t have to do it at all…”. Wow! That’s funny, because the day prior a customer entered the spa and was asked to check in. The customer responded “I’ve already checked in. I have an appointment.” THIS customer was briskly escorted to a station without any hesitation. I hate that such a beautiful spa has such poor leadership and clear biases towards the customers served. Quality and customer service is so important.
