My Mom, who is 92 with some health challenges, lives with me. Every time The Cleaning Authority team comes to clean my home, they do a great job with cleaning and are so courteous and kind to my Mom. I really appreciate that!!!

Katie the manger is scam! They sound great on a paper but they can’t deliver what they sell you. They send their A team the first time to impress you and then they tell you they got promoted and each one have their own team & the quality of their service goes down from there. They clean my house 4 time, first time A, second time B and the third time E and after I complained they send the rudest & coldest cleaners to my place which I felt uncomfortable to be with them in my own house! They are friendly with you as long as you don’t say anything to them.
