I was visiting my sister in Charlotte last week and she had an appointment with the optometrist at Target Optical. I decided to make an appointment and accompany her since I also needed my annual eye exam. The experience was top-notch, especially once I went back to the retail side and the manager Ron and the rest of the team were so awesome. Knowledgeable and kind peeps!

I happened to be at Target, I was not looking to buy new glasses but I stopped in to check out the frames. The manager Ron offered to adjust my current glasses while I was looking around. I'll defiantly be back to make a purchase, everyone was so friendly.

Katlyn is the best! Very helpful with superb customer support. Staff is always friendly whenever I visit this location. Great selection on frames for the family. This is definitely my one stop shop for eyewear.
