I HIGHLY recommend this place. First, let me say, you do not have to be a guest of the hotel to book an appointment and have services performed. I stayed here for the weekend and booked a Swedish massage and hot salt rocks to my package. Jennifer was my massage therapist. She has the softest hands but applied the pressure that I needed. You fill out an intake form that gives the therapist an idea of any medical conditions and an idea of what you need from your service and they work off that to give you a great experience. I had a phenomenal experience with my prenatal massage! The staff were all exceptionally kind and polite, which really made me feel relaxed. There are a variety of snack and drink options available while you wait, including several types of tea and coffee, which was a huge plus as an always-hungry pregnant lady. It was awesome not having to leave the hotel to feel pampered. If I'm ever in the Charlotte/Concord area again, I would definitely book here again!
Jennifer did wonders. She listened to my areas when I needed work and when she was done the felt nothing but relief. I honestly haven't felt this good in a long time. Definitely going back.
