The SmartStyle in Concord,NC was deserted even though an appointment was confirmed by the app for me a day in advance. I called the Kannapolis location and Vicki answered saying that she could do my haircut.Vicki did an outstanding job. She even remembered me from when I used to get my cut in Concord over a year ago. She remembered the cut and did a stellar job!!! I will only go back to Smart style if I call first and Ms Vicki is available. I had driven from Salisbury to Concord and was very disappointed. I only gave the Kannapolis location a chance because of the apology Ms Vicki gave for something that she didn’t even do.

Vicky is just wonderful!! She corrected my hair's color after I messed it up. She was extremely professional, dedicated, patient and kind! After hard work and 4 hours of saving my hair, I was so happy and delighted with the final result. I truly recommend Vicky and the wonderful staff at this location!Services: Hair highlighting

Awesome experience with my stylist...however with just one person doing hair and answering phones and attending to walk ins Isa bit much with alot of interruptions...other then that my experience was ?...O would suggest a front desk greeter to answer phones and assist the walk ins who have questions..
