This visit went really well. They were nice and friendly and got me in and out quickly. Too bad the other ERs and Urgent Cares can’t be this way. I had to go to the Harrisburg ER the day before. The ER system is LACKING IN CUSTOMER SERVICE AND CARE! They would rather you die in the waiting area so they can skip right over you. Like you’re not even there. I had to WALK OUT with the IV needle still in my arm because of their lack of service and care. Horrible! Please DO share my review. Ortho Urgent Care gets 5+ stars!

I met with Colby and Caroline. They were both amazing with listening and understanding my concerns. The X-RAY guy was also very accommodating and helpful! Couldn’t have had a better experience!
