Been coming here for months and every time I come, everyone is kind and accommodating. I should book an appt but I never do, I just walk in, but I never have to wait very long. Today, I had Lisa for the first time and she was so nice and really took her time, making sure everything was perfect. I’ll def be asking for her again.
I believe Kelly was my tech! My appointment was scheduled. I only waited 2 mins before I was in a chair. Jimmy and Kelly seemed very nice and polite. The location was a little far out for me being as though I came in from Charlotte. However, the area is located off of the highway and in a plaza, so it's a pretty good location. This establishment is beautiful on the inside, and I love my nails! They understood the assignment!? they were originally supposed to be a fill-in (gel nails). However, I needed one repaired and the other redone completely, so all in all, I paid a little more than a regular gel nail mani. $65 (That's including the $10 for my stones... read full review
I visited the NOA this morning as a walk-in. The staff was very friendly and got me into a chair for a pedicure right away. Kim was my technician and she did a great job! She even helped me pick a better color when I realized the color I chose was more translucent than I wanted. I will definitely come back. Kim, thank you for taking such great care of me today.
