I go here for waxing. They do a good job. I came in one day to get my nails done. They got it done in timely manner. And I mentioned I needed to be somewhere, how fast can you get it done. They got it done and my nails looked great.

I did a walk in. Asked for a Pedi. The place was busy but they welcomed me into the location and asked me to take a seat at any seat for a pedi. I waited maybe 5? mins for an employee to come to me. Which for how busy they were and all employees occupied. Definitely not a long wait. I just sat on my phone. But one employee comes to me & starts my water. Starts the water for the female who was also instructed to sit & she happen to sit beside me. Another 2 mins ish, maybe not, of sitting with my feet in nice water, the employee to due my toes comes up and we get started. To be fair, I have never been here, and don’t plan on it, but I saw that another reviewer gave them 1-star because they didn’t realize that 15% off doesn’t mean you only pay 15% of the total cost. Per the review’s description, it seemed to me that the salon went above and beyond to correct the situation by even offering to redo nails for free. I guess for me, it was just more a thing of principle, and less about my personal experience at this salon… hopefully this 5–star brings some kind of karmic balance to their ratings. Either way, I will sleep better tonight.
