Top notch staff!! Everyone was helpful and friendly, the facility was clean and Dr Jonathan Faggart was personable and easy to talk to. I’m not a huge fan of clinical settings, I’m a bit of a hippie but this didn’t have a “clinical” feel to it at all. Everyone was warm and kind. I was in and out quickly while having all of my questions answered and my concerns listened to.Certainly not looking for any more broken bones but at least now I have a go to place that I feel comfortable with!

My son broke both bones in his forearm. As a personal favor, Jonathan Faggart was kind enough to squeeze us into his schedule as the nearby urgent care was closed for the day and the ER had wait times over 2 hours. He was friendly and knowledgeable and got right to work on x-raying him and with the help of his technician, setting up a traction device to realign his bones. He was able to quickly realign my son’s ulna, however his radius was more difficult. He realized it would be too painful to set without sedation and we needed to go to the ER. I injured my knee, went to ortho Carolina on a weekend emergency visit. Waited no longer than 20 minutes in the waiting room. I seen Dr. Jonathan Faggart. He explained what was going on with my knee after the x-rays. He was very informative and caring, I would recommend Jonathan and ortho Carolina to anyone!
