Had a great experience when I went to Invision Family Eyecare. A great staff who were so accommodating and answered all my questions. I had several tests done. Not all were covered by my insurance but they were upfront and told me the charge before performing. I also got assistance in picking out my frames - thank goodness because I would have never been able to find the pair I purchased. I will continue to go to Invision Family Eyecare and I recommend you give them a try

The best!!! I walked in because the lovely lady at front desk smiled at me as I walked past.I went in to look at frames and she was so helpful and I wasn’t even a patient yet. I made an appointment and the customer service continued to wow me. Dr David is very thorough! Feel confident about my new prescription. They were so helpful as I was choosing new frames too.
Had the opposite experience at Vision Care, which was why I changed. The new Rx did not work and they were going to charge me again just to go back to my current Rx. They gave me a virtual Dr that I was not expecting which I think is why the Rx was off. The previous Dr had left and took... read full review

Great experience, took my kid who is 6 and I greatly appreciate their sweet and awesome customer service. They need a new approach for younger kids eye exam, my was confused of what they were asking them. I switched to a different place.
