Our technician, Chris Hyman, was amazing. Honest, real, down to earth, on time, courteous and neat. The list can really go on, we didn’t want him to leave. Chris explained everything in detail, no hidden agenda or fees. Came in and got right to work. Excellent listener and attentive to homeowner needs (and worries). Chris wanted to get the job fixed to perfection and it showed. Even gave recommendations along the way. We will definitely be using them in the near future for upgrades. Thank you, Horizon, for being top notch and recognizing good, clean, honest employees. Chris is keeper (even spoke highly about his team!)
We have been with Horizon for 12yrs and their installation and service is excellent. Their prices are right in the middle of the competition because the warranty covers everything and there is no service contact. Just call and they come and get the job done. The sales reps are honest, knowledgeable, and reliable. The service techs are also honest, knowledgeable, and respectful. They never leave the work area dirty. They always leave your house clean.
