Great service ! Never a long wait time. Love the app. Stylist puts notes under your name/number about how you like your hair. Notes are universal for all stores, which very helpful if you are out of town and need a cut
My beautician stopped doing hair a couple years ago. I had a girl cut mine since and I liked the length but didn't really get the cut I wanted. I have waited about a year and a half to try it again. Today I walked in Great Clips and was greeted by Shannon. She was very nice. I told her what I wanted and showed her a picture. We talked about the cut and she was very patient with me and gave me exactly what I wanted. I will be back to see her again. Thank you do much Shannon.
