I can't say enough about the Concord Locksmith Shop... if you read it on their website then you can believe , and that's very rare these days ! Everyone was polite , respectful, and did everything they could to help me ! They were the cheapest around and yet offered the most services in this field. I definitely recommend them for anything needed to do with locks ... ABSOLUTE PROFESSIONAL!!!!

I just moved to the Concord area and being and elderly widow i was a little afraid staying in a new house in a new area. It wasn't a brand new house so all i could think about was "who else has keys to get in"... I started checking around with locksmiths and i knew from the phone call Concord Locksmith was who i needed. The man came to my house and installed all new smart locks in record time , and made sure i knew exactly how to operate everything before he left. He never complained or made me feel rushed as i asked a million questions but rather seemed to become more patient and respectful the more i asked him to show me one more time . I was running late for a meeting at work and locked my keys in the car. I called several locksmiths and was repeatedly told they very busy but they could put me on the schedule and get to me asap. I know it was no one's fault but my own , but I needed someone immediately! When I reached Concord Locksmith Shop on the list the conversation was completely different. I explained my situation and it was as though they were talking to the Pope. The manager on duty went completely out of the way and rearranged their schedule to reroute a driver in my direction so that they could help right then. Within 15 minutes the locksmith was there and in 10 more minutes I was on the way...read full review
