We were in and out like a flash. All the staff were professional. Richel was a sweetheart. She talked with my daughter throughout the prepping to let her know what she was doing and what to expect next. That helped calm her nerves.
All of the staff was amazing for my son’s oralSurgery. Dr. Kain Thank you!! From the receptionist, to the follow up nurse with instruction. RACHEL was AMAZING!!! She was very informative, and effective with my son who’s 11. Rachel loved on my daughter who’s 5 , when she was afraid, and crying for my son. Rachel also reassured her he would be fine. From start to finish the staff went ABOVE and BEYOND! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS FACILITY!!!!!!!
I was able to be worked in to receive treatment earlier than expected. I also liked the fact that I was treated as if I was a patient of his a long time. The doctor also agreed with my requests.and treatment plan. Chloe was also very helpful and concerned about me. Just wanted to thank everyone for their support!!
