“I usually do ceramic coating myself due to being so picky about our vehicles. This time we needed help due to various reasons. I started looking for a professional ceramic coater/detailer to help us. I was quickly led to Tranquility and Chris after searching and finding only larger and more corporate detail shops. I wanted the personal touch that seems to be missing in those shops. I knew that the person we needed was going to treat the vehicle as we do. From the first inquiry to picking up our vehicle, Chris was amazing! He was very responsive, answered all my questions, had me scheduled based on my needs and completed the ceramic coating and detailing right on time. We felt like we had known Chris for years, he is very kind yet knowledgeable and it’s easy to see how much he cares about his work and finished products. I have never let anyone else detail our vehicles in over 30 years. After working with Chris, he’ll be our guy for all our ceramic coating and detailing needs moving forward. We already have our daughter’s new car scheduled to go in next. We can’t say enough positive things about Chris. Thank you so much! It’s great to see that some people still care about their work!!
