Had a change of insurance. Had to leave my old Dental provider that I was happy with and find a new one. Took a chance on a fairly new office close to where I live and was pleasantly surprised. The front office personal were very friendly and patient with the information that has to be presented by a new patient. The two young ladies that performed all my x-rays and prepped me for the Dr. were fantastic. If I get the spelling correct it was Ellery (rhymes with celery) and Jessica. Dr.Simmons-Boyd and her team are excellent! The hygienist was the best in service and care. The receptionist Get high praise for her welcoming customer service and efficiency! Thank you all for care!

We had to choose root canal or extraction I was over it so extraction was the choice but since it was on the nerve they referred me to an oral surgeon in Mooresville and Baby!!!!, they did an amazing job. I’m so glad I chose Crossroads. I will be back and I’m bringing my husband and our toddler. You can’t fake caring!!! Dr Smidt is my guy!, his Bedside manner… top notch! The entire staff just made me feel like family. In this crazy world it helps to feel the love!!!!
