Lynn, the manager, was amazing. She explained everything in detail, prices, options. I saved so much in comparison to my optometrist. Lynn was so kind and went out of her way patiently to me and wife. Great experience and so happy that I visited the concord location.

From scheduling my appointment through placing the order for my eyeglasses, the service was stellar. The doctor was professional and answered all my questions. Kris, at the front desk is very knowledgeable and assisted me with choosing the right frames and lenses per my prescription. The team is engaging, knowledgeable and helpful. They provide exceptional customer service. I purchased two pairs of eyeglasses (BOGO) with anti-glare, blue-light, and transition; my script calls for digital progressives. With a low additional charge towards my free pair for all the enhancements, I paid just a little bit more than I have in the past for just one pair of glasses. Highly... read full review
