Only reason for this high of a rating is because they did a great job with my daughter’s nails (she’s 5). My nails have a lot to be desired: they were left with jagged ends, old polish not fully removed, clear coat not over full nail leaving visible lines. My husband even thought they looked bad.

I've been on the hunt for a place for a while, never really satisfied with anywhere I've been in Charlotte. Came up here to get my phone fixed and this salon happened to be next door. Decided to stop in to get my gel removed and I was very happy with how the atmosphere I side was. I'm assuming it was the owner who helped me, he was very nice. The lady getting her nails done next to me told me she loved it there and I should come back.
I will definitely be making the 25min drive up here to come back when I'm ready to get my nails done again.
