I took off a star because the young blond female receptionist, who usually occupies the first cubbie by kids door, has a nasty attitude. I have spoken to multiple clients who have had the same experience with her. I think she could use customer service retraining. Physical therapy is hard enough without the attitude and nastiness before heading back.
Otherwise the facility and therapist are amazing and deserve 5 Stars.
My daughter’s speech therapists are great! Only giving 3 stars because one of the receptionists had on a Blue Lives Matter pin which is not inclusive and a political symbol that doesn’t belong in the workplace IMO
Drs and professionals are friendly and helpful. BUT the drop off area is a bit small for people who can’t walk well and need assistance and the selection of wheelchairs is very small (two today). If this whole area that is marked in red was flat without a curb, it would make more sense. At this moment only 1 or 2 cars can drop off at a time depending on how long the vehicles are. Thank you!
