Went in for a toothache and was treated with care and respect. Between Cyndi on the phone and at check in and check out, Jalissa and Dr Sam, I couldn’t have asked for a better dental experience.

My experience with Alliance Dental Group in Concord was excellent and beyond. The professionalism, friendliness, fairness, and honesty exhibited by everyone in the office was outstanding. They obviously are extremely customer focused and put the patient's well-being and satisfaction first. Having never been there previously, I "dropped in" without an appointment (with a dental issue) and was examined and given a treatment plan within the hour. I haven’t been to the dentist in a few years so I was nervous but everyone there was so nice. Very good experience from Cyndi at the front desk who was very helpful with me trying to get my insurance issue resolved to Yulissa who took my X-rays, she’s so sweet. Susan who did my cleaning was so kind and made me feel very comfortable. Dr. Sam is very friendly and amazing. If you’re looking for a good place then this is it!
