Professional! Personable! Informative! I have absolutely no reason to look for anyone else. The whole interaction from start to finish was amazingly smooth. They went as far as to show me some of the active areas that were noticble from subterranean termites, so if I should notice any activity in new areas to give them a call. Super easy to work with.

Very solid experience. A gentleman came over and addressed my concerns about carpenter ants. He didn't push any services on me and didn't take advantage of our fear to suggest a service.He efficiently checked out our home and let us know that we didn't have a nest. He sprayed the kitchen for spot relief and then went on his day with just a service charge. Will definitely use them again.

I am dealing with a mouse in my kitchen. The company came out and the employee laid down traps, sprayed inside and outside my house. I haven’t seen evidence of any more mice, however I suspect there may be a dead mouse caught in a trap (based on the smell) however I am VERY phobic of rodents and I won’t even step foot near the range because of it. The employee (Tyler) told me on multiple occasions that he would come back out and take care of it, but he has consistently been a “no show”. Disappointing.Edit: Tyler did come back out and apologize. The trap caught the 1 mouse that was in my kitchen, behind my range.Service: Rodent extermination
