Got my haircut by an 80 year old man about 10 years ago. He gave me an old school flat top and told me some old stories about him being in Military. Did an excellent gob and only charged me $5. I gave him $10 tip

Stopped by Columbia to visit their arts center (which was closed during our visit). We proceeded to stroll around town and check out the various shops. I had been in somewhat desperate need of a haircut, and that's where Mitchell' came in.

I got a high and tight cut for only $5.00, couldn't believe it! Now to be fair, Ive only been here once, so Im not sure how many style of haircut he can do. Anyway, including tip, Mr Mitchell gog all of a $20 dollar bill. What I appreciated more was the chit chat, Robert (the owner) has been a barber since 1937, with his only hiatus being drafted for service during World War II.
