I just did a loan process with Erica at the Clinton, NC location after having a very bad experience trying to complete the same loan process in Fayetteville, NC on Raeford Road location with Emily (horrible!!, the worst ever)... I am so happy I stopped trying to work with Emily and instead drove to Clinton and got it done with Erica. Erica is very professional, intelligent and has high customer standards. I could not have been more satisfied with the experience. Thanks Erica!
