I have had a perm at this salon which was no good. My hair was straight again in a week. I waited one month before I said anything just to make sure the perm was bad. When I tried to contact the salon stylist (Katrina) answered the phone and hung up immediately when I spoke, then would not respond to return calls. I left her a message on the 19th and was not called back until the evening the following day to be told that she could not see me until the 8th. Which was three weeks from the original contact for a perm that she messed up. Will not be returning to this salon anytime soon.
