ADI Pool and Spa of Greensboro

ADI has been super helpful and available the last few days as my wife and I have had to prepare our pool for the impending ice storm and potential loss of power. Zeb and his team have answered our calls promptly and walked us through the process of how to drain and winterize our system. And a few minutes ago, Zeb followed up with us again to make sure we didn’t have any other questions. Really pleased with all of ADI’s help this week. Now, fingers crossed for the storm!

It kills me to have to be writing this review because I am not a confrontational person and believe everyone has good in them. But unfortunately this company has gave me no other options. We had adi pools and spa of Greensboro in climax nc build our dream pool and spa and thought they were doing it right. But to our surprise they didn’t do an expansion joint between the pool and decking which now we have learned is a critical part when building a pool made from gunite or shotcrete. My dear friends Brandon & Abby Sharon had this company build them a pool and unfortunately they failed to put in an expansion joint. This has caused a massive crack in their pool shell. This company refuses to uphold their 10 year Structure Warranty or return their calls. This is going to end up costing them an additional 80 to 90 thousand dollars to repair. I urge strongly against using this company!
